Hi there everyone~
I am hoping people slowly find their way to the message boards and use this section for setting up training runs, finding partners to run with or just let people know where and when you are out if they want to come along. I know many of us have our set routines and times of the day that we run but this might be an alternative for those times when you would rather not run those long training runs alone.
So you can post your schedules here is you wish, where you start your runs and maybe your pace. If you don't want to use your real name on the message boards you can always contact each other via PM (private message) or email. When you set up your profile you can chose those options.
